What's better VANILLA or CHOCOLATE OPTI?

Hi Everyone

I go pick up my opti on Monday and not sure what I should go with, Vanilla or Chocolate.

Ideas that will help the OPTI go down smoothly would be much appreciated as well

Chocolate was definitely better but I liked being able to mix it up. I did half and half. If I was doing it over I would do 3rd vanilla and 2 3rds chocolate. Best of luck to you.

I like both but most people prefer the chocolate over vanilla. I like the previous suggestion of 1/3 vanilla and 2/3 chocolate.

Add 1 tbsp. of instant decaf coffee to both flavours for latte or mocha latte flavour. And add ice! :)

Good luck!

I also did 50/50 because I don't like things mixed with chocolate -- i.e. chocolate and orange flavours, so I thought buying some vanilla would let me try different things (and not get bored of straight chocolate -- if that's possible ).  That being said, I can drink the chocolate opti without anything mixed in, but not plain vanilla.  Also, the vanilla seems to have a stronger smell, so I drink it out of my shaker cup with the lid on.

I'm definitely a chocolate kind of girl but I took half and half and was happy I did. I didn't find the vanilla an issue and it was more versatile than the chocolate. I got a bunch of appealing flavourings from the baking aisle at the grocery store. In the vanilla I used coconut, maple and cinnamon. In the chocolate I used mint and almond. I used banana and carmel in both. Mixing a couple together (banana and coconut in the vanilla for instance) helps with variety. Whenever possible I used my Magic Bullet and lots of ice.

I also used chilled decaf coffee for half the water instead of instant coffee in my chocolate to make a mocha flavour.

One other thing...my clinic in Guelph would let me exchange full boxes for the other flavour so if I had really disliked the vanilla I could have taken unopened boxes back to exchange for chocolate. Maybe your clinic does the same? Can't hurt to ask! Good luck! Kim

My preference was vanilla... As you can do more with it. Also, if you add a bit of cocoa powder to it, it tastes like the chocolate... But most all seem to prefer chocolate. My fav was to put in a heaping amount of decaf coffee in the vanilla.

Actually you don't have to worry because you will have to buy half chocolate anad half vanilla.

I didn't like the chocolate one and I liked the vanilla with a squirt of milo in it.
