Belt NSV
I'm having a lot of difficulty seeing the changes in my size but today I (tried to) put on a belt that I hadn't worn since just before surgery, Now this belt used to fasten on the first or second hole from the end. Today when I put it on, it went all the way PAST all 6 holes! So what I want to know is...
"WHO STRETCHED MY BELT???!!!!!!!"

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
What an awesome NSV! Keep that belt - a guy in my cawfee-talk group regularly brings his old belt to show newcomers how far he's come, it's a great visual!

December 12, 2013 Orientation; January 21, 2014 Nurse/Dietitian; February 12, 2014 Nurse/Dietitian/Social Worker; March 28, 2014 Nurse/Dietitian; June 9, 2014 Post Op Diet Class; June 16, 2014 Surgeon consult (Dr. Bhojani in Guelph); July 7, 2014 started Optifast; July 29, 2014 Surgery.
This surgery is truly amazing, isn't it? When you find the scale being uncooperative (darn stalls), take out the belt and remember how far you have truly come.
