Good morning :)

Glad to hear you got a bit of a "sleep in" (relatively speaking lol).

Did a ton of gardening yesterday to get it done (mostly - gardening is never done, I swear weeds grew overnight, damn them) and thought I might be a little sore today, but so far so good other than my arthritic hands from yanking. ;) More stuff to do around the house today, BBQ later, might take a walk to the park tonight for fireworks.

Good morning Barb. Great steps. Gardening yesterday and cleaning left my back a bit sore . Taking it easy today. Just very lazy. Not walking the dog this morning because he is ill. Hope he is better by tomorrow.

May do some more gardening or go to a movie.

b greek yogurt, cereal, raspberies

l left over chicken, crackers, yogurt

Good morning everyone!  Took a long walk with the dogs this morning, such a nice day out.  Saw "mad max: fury road", and it was ok, nowhere near as good as the originals though with Mel Gibson. I thought Charlize Theron was good but to me the new Max is too sweet looking lol. Plan to relax today, try to stay in the moment.  I woke up at 2am last night, this has been happening more frequently, I have been having nightmares.  I use a guided meditation app with gradual muscle relaxation and breathing techniques, this works 99% of the time, but it still breaks up my sleep.  I think I need to do more cbt today to prepare for the coming week, it is going to be a challenging one and I feel better when I have a plan to deal with whatever happens.

I'm glad you got a little more sleep, Barb.

Today's a stay at home day, except I need to run out and get some bottled water. I know, I'm not very earth-friendly. It's just I can't stand the taste of chlorine in my water and even run through a Brita it's not that great :(

Plan to hit the pool for 30 min of water-jogging.

Hope you all enjoy your evening!

s - iogo mandarin yogurt

l - 2 oz cheese and 20 g. wholewheat crackers - I have to get off crack(er)s
