just got my surgery date! June 3rd 2pm at Humber River Hospital, Dr. Klein!
does anyone else have that day?
can I be put on that surgery list thing?? lol

Referral July.31.2014 / Humber Orientation Nov.7.2014 / Met my surgeon, Dr Hagen Feb.24.2015 / Trio appointment (Nurse, Dietician, Social, Worker) May.7.2015 / Internist Dr Glazer May.12.2015 / Pre-Op Dr Hagen & Optifast pick up May.19.2015 / Surgery Date = June 3, 2pm Dr Klein!

I have added you to the list. So far we do not have many people in early June
congratulations. I was referred in the beginning of July and I too was at the same orientation as you. I read your blog and I like how much you have documented your journey. I was approved from the Trio appointments in April and given a surgery date at the end of November so your process has moved quite quickly.
