Try adding a pump or two of Starbucks sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup to your decaf coffee and use this shake as your creamer. Yum! It's how I start my day. Sometimes I mix it up with different sugar-free syrups...but this one is my favourite. :)

BTW...love your "all over that like Miss Piggy on Kermit"!

Lol ! I've been doing this since my surgery ! I use both chocolate and vanilla in my Hazelnut coffee beans from Costco , so delicious and a great way to get my extra protien in over the day . I usually drink 3 a day , may not be great for me but I don't think I can give up my coffee !!

I thought you couldn't do this with hot coffee because the protein curdles?  I make cold coffee drinks with the protein and SF DaVinci Syrups.

I've done it for months now with no issues.

Surgeon#1 - May 15th  Dr. Glazer - July 23rd, Dietitian/Social Worker/RN - Aug 1st, Surgeon #2 - Sept 10th, Surgery - Dec 16th, 2014!

As long as the coffee isn't scalding hot and the shake is at room temp, it actually works well.
