Good morning everyone.  This is my last post for the week as we are heading out for our vacation.  It`s a very long drive (8 hours with the stops) so I will pack lots of snacks for the car.  DH doesn`t want to take the cooler, so I`ll pack protein bars and nuts. I will try to make good choices while I`m away (protein and veg) and the place where we are staying has a pool and a gym so I will use those.

Have a great week everyone.  Also have a fabulous Canada Day!

I wonder what the Nut Value is for their roasted chicken one?

High in everything I would imagine. lol As per the ingredient list, it's mixed with mayo and sour cream.

I'm willing to bet there's a listing on myfitnesspal for it, I'll have a look when I get home.

Good idea!  I just looked it up.

1 serving is 240 calories, 15gram of fat and 24 grams of protein.  No sugar.  That's the one downside of the chicken almond cranberry salad as it has 8 grams of sugar but less calories but also less protein.  Probably because serving size is smaller as well.
