11 DAYS!
I started Optifast June 20, and stopped June 23 due to the fact that I could not keep it in! Puking and diarrhea like 16 times a day. I already have chronic diarrihea, and my blood sugar would be severely low, so I couldn't take it anymore. Called TWH and the nurse and dietitian decided it was best for me to stop Optifast and to be on a high protein diet. Yesterday I weighed myself and measured myself. In 11 days I have lost 17 lbs and 39 inches from head to toe. Holy crap!! My mouth dropped to the floor, and now I can't stop smiling!!! I'll be on the bench soon enough.
