I love water but can only drink so many fluids in a day. I'm probably at 1000 mls a day in drinking. Including my protein shake. Any other suggestions?

My only suggestion is to keep a water bottle in your hand at all times and sip, sip, sip as often as you can (and remember). It's tough at first but you'll get it - just need to "set the habit to sip". I also played "the sip game" while watching TV - pick a word and every time someone on TV says it, take a sip. Or I would sip as much as I could during commercials. Silly things that work. lol

I fill up a bottle (with crystal light or mio or lemon/lime slices, etc) to keep by my bedside.  I also fill my bottle and sip on it while I get ready for work.  As I'm getting ready, it's amazing how much I can drink in that half hour...usually I've had at least my first 500 ml even before I hit the main floor of the house!!

You'll find tricks that work for you.
