Barb.... Barb....Guess what day it is.....

Off to work for a day of controlled chaos, have to run an errand on the way home and that's about it!

9 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - GNC Total Lean (1/2 of it, strawberry)

S - Source Greek (peach), a few green grapes

L - homemade roast chicken salad (and I'll be damned if it isn't better than the Costco-prepared one - homemade is always better), cucumber slices and a few melba rounds for scooping

D - 3-4 oz BBQ steak, sauteed veggies tossed with a little Greek vinaigrette and crumbled feta

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Calabrese salad is so good. With basil from the garden? Magnificent!

I wish! My basil just wilted and died this year so I bought some at the supermarket.  I am sure it's even better with fresh from the garden stuff...

I get the Starbucks iced decaf Americano and add whatever sugarfree syrup I fancy (caramel, cinnamon dolce hazelnut, vanilla, mocha) and add non fat milk or lactose free milk.
