Good morning everyone.  Went to Toronto yesterday and got in lots of steps, but did not get a yoga session in.

Today it is lunch with a friend, general household cleanup and paperwork.

1 year 2 months post op

B. Large decaf protein mocha latte

S. 1 poached egg and 1 slice low carb bread toasted

L. Not sure but I will try to make good choices

S. Skinny Latte

D. Sirloin tips chili

S. More of the chili

Good Morning Everyone.  Have to get back on track with planning meals ahead of time.  I just haven't been feeling great, physically and emotionally.  I need to pull myself out of this rut, and be positive.  So here goes.

B- Source greek lemon with tbsp of Walden farms cranberry spread, 1 mini baby bel

L- 3oz chicken breast made into salad with green onion, red pepper, 1tbsp calorie wise miracle whip, 6 christie cheddar rice thins.

D- 3oz chicken breast, 1tbsp sugar free teriyake sauce, half cup steamed brocolli florets

S- syntrax fuzzy naval protein shake

myfitnesspal totals:  calories 479, carbs 22, fat 9, protein 78.

I will probably have another snack to add in, not sure what though but will be protein forward.

Sorry you're not feeling great Judy.  Hope it gets better soon.  Your menu looks good, but if you want to throw in some protein snacks there are deli turkey rollups with cheese or pickles rolled inside, HB eggs, shrimp, or have half of another shake.  Hope this helps.

Thanks CC,  You know I never thought of having half a shake for a snack.  Sometimes I want something but am not really hungry, a half a shake may be just the thing to have!

Hey All...I only have 6...count it 6 more days (including today) of opti...i have...23 MORE SHAKES..(almost done my 3 WEEKS) but who is counting lol. Today I have work from 6-230pm and then I have a cpap appointment to buy my cpap machine.

B. Chocolate Opti with Vanilla Syrup

L. Vanilla Opti with caramel Syrup

S. Chocolate Opti with coconut extract

D. Cucumbers with vinegar, beef broth

S. Chocolate Opti with some sort of something in it lol

Hopefully you won't have to use your CPAP for too long.  Many people when they lose the weight end up stopping their CPAP.
