New here...have been lurking a while...but this is my first post.

my doctor initially referred me March of 2015 during the transition from fax to online referrals and found out in December of last year that the referral got "lost". So re-referred in December 2015, orientation at Humber in February of this year.

Decided after much deliberation to transfer my referral to TWH, so currently waiting to hear back from them.

Current weight is 336
