RNY  7 Years 3 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Day 1 of the tournament starts for me in 2 hours.  Planned on 2 eggs for breakfast  but I just can't face food yet.   For me,  that's when a protein shake comes in handy.

Going to cook another big package of pork kebabs up to keep handy over the next 3 days.

Hope everyone enjoys their long weekend. 

STEPS :  6512

EATS 

B  -  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice 

S  -  Jack  links teriyaki jerky  100 calorie pack 

       Hard boiled egg  if needed  ( in stats )

L -  Caprese salad 

D  -  Skoulakis pork kebab 1.5

        Green beans with 1 tsp butter

        Tzatziki 3 TB

        

S -  source greek yogurt

Good morning :)

I was trying to figure out how long it had been for me since surgery as I know some people post their time. 16.5 months for me. Time really flies. I'm going to speak at the orientation in Guelph this coming week. Sometimes it's hard to remember how it was just after surgery. They sent me a list of questions so I will have to sit and think about my experience.

Nothing planned for today. I hadn't checked the weather so the rain was a nice surprise. The grass definitely needs it.

Breakfast - oatmeal, peameal bacon

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - leftover burger

Snack - turkey

Dinner - chicken and rice

Snack - protein pop

All water and vits.
