Optifast post op

Strange I know, but I loved optifast and have some left over from my surgery in Jan/16.

Is there any contradictions as to why I can not have one every now and then?

Thanks :)

Hey Dar_Tay!,

Realistically, there shouldn't be a problem with them. Packed full of protein. The calories are ok in it. The best thing to do would be to consult with your clinic, but I can't see why not use them. Enjoy!

Cheers,

Skotti

The macros are about the same as other protein shakes so I don't see any issues.

I have 13 envelopes of Optifast left over ... it did not agree with me due to the aspartame.  If anyone wants to buy it, message me. Would love to get rid of it.
