Ouch

Pulled a muscle in my back. Seeing the chiropractor is helping and he says 4 more treatments I should be back to normal. Tylenol is doing nada for the pain ... so missing my ibuprofen! Using ice packs constantly. 

Biofreeze works better than Tylenol.  Get the can that sprays upside down.  It was invented to treat pain without oral medicines.  In the states all physical therapists use it for sore muscles.

You can't take ibuprofen with the sleeve? 

They now feel that no one with Gastric surgery should take ibuprofen

Maling slow progress but still in a lot of pain and icing.  Chiropractor damn near killed me adjusting me today but 4 hours later feeling an improvement. I should have just let myself fall ... the bruises would have been gone by now.
