Hello,

I am more than 7 month out from RNY and feel mostly great, but.....

the bad habits are sneaking in again and I am wondering:

WHY can I not stay away from food?????

So I think meeting a therapist could help dealing with my issues.

And now comes the question:

How do I find a good therapist for Weight Loss, I do not have insurance - my only option is to self pay.

Can someone recommend a therapist in Kingston, Brockville or surrounding area?

You could contact the bariatric unit at Hotel Dieu in Kingston. . They may have some recommendations.

Call the centre you had the surgery with. They should have someone they can send you to
