I am 4 years and 3 months out.  I am finally a normal BMI!!!!! I have passed centre goal and am 5 pounds away from my first goal.  When I started this process I wanted to be 150 lbs.  I was stuck at 170 lbs for over two years and was fine with that.  Now I am going to work even harder to lose the final 5 lbs.   Hard work but possible.  Good Luck everyone.

Congrats! You give me hope!

I got down to 150, and then gained to 153 where i've been stuck. I've recently gained with stress and an insane schedule and now that things are calming a little i'm working on losing the extra 5lbs. It really does make a difference.  For me a normal BMI would be somewhere between 145-149 so that's my aim. I"m so glad to see that someone even a few more years out was able to still reach their goals. Congrats again!
