RNY 7-1/2 mos post op

Good morning ladies!  Safe travels today Barb!  Have a wonderful time in Florida!  Happy to see Friday, finally!  Not too much on the go today, have to go pick up our NASCAR pool winnings after work!  We came first in the pool WOOHOO!! $500 will go a long way to getting Momma some new clothes!   Not too many because I sure hope to shed a few or 30 more pounds LOL. 

Will stay on track today, strayed a little yesterday but logged everything, accountability right?

B - 1 egg, 1 slice cheese

S - greek yogurt

L - meatballs in a little left over spag sauce

S - old cheddar and 2 boiled eggs

D - steak, maybe a little salad

Totals - Cal 784, Carbs 15, protein 74

Protein is a little low, but there's room for more in my calories, maybe leftover steak for snack or a protein shake we'll see.

Morning G. Gee you're up early today. I heading for sales this morning to see what they have and off to placement for 9:30. Work this afternoon and i hope everyone behaves. Anyone started or finish christmas shopping yet? I've had a late start, so i'm picking up speed now.

Good morning all. Had the shingles vaccine Monday and have had a mild reaction to it. Starting to feel better today. Off shortly for a walk with the dog. Then off to two sales. They are warehouse sales so hoping not too busy. I am hoping everyone is at the malls.

Tonight helping set up for our Christmas Bizarre. Anyone in the East end of Toronto tomorrow, we are at 470 Woodbine Ave. I am working the tea room. I may not have time in the morning to post.
