Np appt in Kingston

I'm having my first appt with the np on Wednesday and was wondering what to expect? How long is it?  

Mine was one hour.  Just a quick review of your forms.  They tell you what tests you will require.  No reason to be worried.  Best of luck.  

It was a really good appointment for me.  I remember feeling very hopeful after.  I had done all my homework ahead of time and had all the blood work, etc, that they needed so it was a good appointment.  It was a bit like the orientation in the fact that she went over the procedure and how it worked.  Good luck!

The nurse appointment went very well.  Got my blood work and ekg done.  She wants me to do a sleep study because dr in Kingston require that.  Kinda of a bit nervous about that. Knowing someone will be there and be plug full of wire not sure il be able to sleep.  Got my appt for the dietitian and social worker in January.
