The dreaded "three week stall"

hey guys

so today is my one month surgiversary. I have lost 1 lb since jan 8... its becomming very discouraging. Any tips as to how to break this stall? How long do stalls normally last? Its driving me nuts!!!!

There is no timeline on how long they last, it varies for everyone.  This is why I encourage everyone to take their measurements at the beginning (if you haven't done so, do it now).  That way you will see that you are losing inches, when you are not losing pounds.  Try to drink more water if you can.

Last i measures i lost 29 inches. Im drinking upwards of 3 litres a day. How much more can i possibly drink

That's great that you are getting in the much water, and good for you for losing 29 inches, that's fantastic.  Unfortunately losing weight tends to go in steps rather than a steady line.  Stick with your Centre's plan and the weight will start to come off again eventually.   I know how frustrating the wait can be, we've all been there.  I have yet to read a tried and true remedy for stalls apart from time.

My advice is to stay off the scale for awhile. Your journey isn't defined by a number. You are progressing even when it seems nothing is happening.

My 3 week stall lasted.... 3 freaking weeks! 

But its over now. LOL

I got a ton of steps over the weekend. And I really think that that helped.

i wi**** would break!!! im taking in around 600-650 cals a day with 80-100G of protein a day i am drinking 3 L of water a day and am going to the gym 5 days a week burning over 700 cals... i just dont get it URGH!!!
