Great dietician appointment today
I had my dietician appointment today and it went GREAT! She was very happy with me and the changes that I have made.
Now I've finished all my appointments and am just waiting to meet the surgeon. I'm SO ready for this I can't wait to get that call.

i had cut out any carbonated beverages, started making sure my meals were very balanced and focused on getting in my daily water requirements. They don't expect you to be perfect, but they want to see that you are trying.

I know this is an old post, but thought this may be the place to check.
I've been keeping food logs in MyFitnessPal and not in the written format provided by TWH. Is this acceptable by the dietician? Anyone have experience with this?
