Hello everyone:

1. I have ankles!!!! woo hoo - I have had so much inflammation swelling and bloating for years that I had "cankles" ... I looked down in the shower today and was so happy to see that I do have ankles and they are pretty

2. last night, my husband said that he didn't want to complain and loves my cooking, but since my surgery I have been giving him twice the serving he normally gets -- haha - I am feeding him too much ... he thought maybe I was putting my portion on his plate in addition to his .... oops ... I do find that I have also been baking more and then jus****ching them eat it and then asking why they are not eating it if they pass ... a food pusher .... oh dear

Too funny; I've never heard of cankles. What do you call it when your belly and hips blend? Maybe a passing "blip" - I hope so.

I have decided not to cook for about a month after surgery and know that grilling season will soon be upon us. My husband is struggling with his habit of eating pizza, in bed, at about 10 p.m. I told him it would be okay - he doesn't believe me.

Oh, the changes we continue to make.
