YEAH and CONGRATULATIONS! Before going on this site, I didn't know what "onederland" was. I told my husband and he just laughs. When I tell him about some of the funnier posts, he says they are from my "skinny possy". Isn't family support wonderful (lol).

yep. First week back at the office. I worked from home last week. The problem with being at the office is the lack of personal time. So, my water intake is down during the day and I find it is noon before I have my morning snack. Today I feel a bit lightheaded so have made a chicken boulion to sip on hoping the sodium is the issue. I manage 30 people and between people in my office, the phone, email, and "urgent" tasks, it is pretty hectic ... I have tomorrow off thank Goodness. Although I feel mentally and physically fine to do a desk job, I am thinking taking off the full time allowed would have helped me to prepare my habits better .....

Close your door for 5 minutes. I will be challenged too, but I have to keep reminding myself that customers are not interruptions but a pay cheque (lol). You are a scheduler. Cut yourself some slack and you will get there. Have a good long weekend. I'm working late tonight to prepare for next week ... so much to do.
