So I had RNY on March 3rd. I'm on Minced food. Finally tolerating everything well. Getting about 60-65 G protein/day. But am I eating too much ? I use my fitness pal to track and today I'm a 504 calories

I would say no, unless those calories are coming from "bad" foods. Eat the things you are allowed to have in your guide, focus on protein and veggies and eat as healthy as you can. That's the ultimate goal.

It might help if you post what you are eating. I don't think it's too much, I looked back at MFP when I was a month out, and I was eating about the same, even more on some days. A common rule of thumb is you should have 1 gram of protein for every 10 calories so you're exceeding that target.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I agree with Ginny, post on the What Are you Eating Thread and some of the vets can give you feedback on your menu.
