Has anyone read any of the books on the TWH resource list?

I was wondering if anyone has read any of the recommended books for getting ready for surgery, and if you found them useful?

I appreciate all input, regardless of which centre and stage you're at. :)

I just downloaded this book on my kindle The Emotional First Aid Kit: A Practical Guide to Life After.

it was suggested in other posts.

I bought it a couple weeks ago and really like it.

I actually bought a couple of books, both the Surgery for Dummies book (I don't see it on this list but it was recommended in my orientation) and then the eating well after weight loss book from your list above. I actually have just found out that I am moving out of the country and won't be able to take them with me - if you are interested in them, let me know and I can pass them on to you. I found them really helpful!

Inhope the move is something you're looking forward to. :)
