Good morning :)

Not too much on the go today -- just house chores. We have family coming to stay with us this week so I've been trying to get things in order for that. I've felt behind on everything since my vacation...

I'm continuing the CAMAW plan today. This morning was the first day this week the scale didn't move, but I'm hoping to get another 1-2 pounds off this coming week. That's my mini goal!!

Breakfast - leftover burger (I'm craving this for some reason)

Snack - Greek yogurt with SF syrup

Lunch - chicken skewers

Snack - kielbasa and cheese

Dinner - beef skewers

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

Good for you Meg. It's amazing how full you get on dense protein.

Hi guys,

It's a hot humid day here in the North, but I'm not complaining as we're supposed to have rain and thunderstorms for the rest of the week.

Yesterday we had crazy winds and I still managed to ride my bike for just under 10 km. It was quite a workout but the wind felt great, as it was too hot without it. I almost got blown off the bike a few times, lol, and came across this fallen tree on my route:

Today I'm not sure what I'll do; probably try another bike ride, or failing that, a walk. I bought some very light weights, and I have my resistance bands which I've been avoiding like the plague, lol.

Yesterday's menu went out the window as I ate chicken salad made with low cal Asian dressing and chopped pickles for both lunch and dinner, lol, so today I have no chicken :-(.

Breakfast: Watermelon, cheese string, and after waiting half an hour, Premier protein in decaf.

Lunch: Tuna salad.

Supper: Some sort of protein on the BBQ OR shrimp (too small to BBQ the shrimp).

Snack: unsure, depends on whether or not I need more protein.

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017
