What are you eating/doing today (Monday)?

Good morning everyone,

I'm early today because my youngest son got a full-time job. We've decided he can drop me off and make it to work prior to 8 a.m. (I open at 8:30) and he can pick me up after work (he ends at 4:30 and me at 5:00). We can save on gas, car wear and tear, and I can either have a conversation with him or watch him sleep - all is good.

I've plateaued - as is the case on and off, and will be at three months on Thursday. I was hoping for another three pounds, but it's not a race and it is what it is. I'm sticking to the program and need to walk everyday - rain or not.

B - protein shake and large black decaf.

L - 3/4 cup homemade chili

S - 1/2 cup plain Skyr and sliced strawberries (4)

D - Turkey burger with a slice of tomato and Tzatziki

Calories: 620, Protein: 91, Carbs: 31. All water and forgot vitamins (tonight)

Enjoy your day. Has anyone heard from Craving? She and her family continues to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Good morning :)

Well, Saturday was the big day. It was wonderful and it only rained for a short time just after the ceremony.

I had four desserts going at one point and ended up dumping on Sunday when I had a piece of wedding cake that I had hoarded in the fridge. And I wouldn't change a thing. It wasn't mindless eating, it wasn't head hunger, I was celebrating in a big way ;)

Today I'm going back on plan. I gained about a pound from last Thursday. I couldn't weigh myself on the weekend because we had people staying in our guest room where I have my scale.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - turkey pepperette

Lunch - pork chop

Snack - cheese

Dinner - zucchini lasagna leftovers (so much food leftover -- I froze 90% of it though)

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

Hi Meg!

I knew you were getting married sometime this month as I recalled it was in June. You look beautiful, and the dress is so pretty.

I'm glad you had a great day. Best wishes!

Yes, I don't post on here, but I lurk all the time lol

Just back from our walk. Beautiful day today, no humidity. After lunch we are biking to a passport office. It appears you need a valid passport for at least 3 months after you are in a foreign country. Mine will be close so off to re-new it.

Hi everyone!

Well, I turned 53 today; can't believe it! It stopped raining but is still pretty windy so not sure what I"ll do; maybe a walk later. The pool heater is still broken and the water is ice cold.

I'm going out for supper for the first time since surgery, not counting weddings and parties. I chose Swiss Chalet, as I love it and checked their stats online and will be fine with the chicken and either mixed veggies or a portion of the salad. I love their chicken so I'm happy to be going out; it will be a nice change. There's another place in town, a family owned restaurant, that also makes a great broiled chicken, but they don't have stats available and I like that Swiss Chalet does.

Breakfast: 2 decaf coffee with 1/3rd cup premier protein shake in each as whitener.

Lunch: Chilli (home made)

Supper: Chicken and either garden salad with low cal dressing or mixed veggies, haven't decided

Snack: Slice of Watermelon "birthday cake" (watermelon shaped like cake topped with low cal coolwhip, decorated with berries).

All liquids.
