Surgery date !

I think reality ha**** me now that I have received my surgery date ! Even though it's in Oct. I have a feeling the next 3 months are going to fly by just as this whole process has . I'm super excited but yet so nervous

Yep the next few months will fly by. Like i told someone else who has surgery after the summer...enjoy your summer...try and make small changes and your date will be here sooner then you think. So relax...have a great summer and the losers bench isn't that far away.

Thank you ! I will definitely need this time to prepare. What kind of changes did you make prior to surgery ? I see Dr Starr beginning of Sept. any recommendations as far as the optifast ? I will be on it for 2 weeks .

I hope not! I have my last two appointments tomorrow before the team at TWH decides if I need more appointments, or if I am ready to meet the surgeon. Yikes!!

Congratulations! As Laura said, it will fly by. If you make some changes now, it will be easier and you will become more familiar with the process. All the best.

Orientation: June 29th, 2016, Surgery March 22, 2017. Pre-surgery: 16 lbs, (Size 2x, 18/20), M1: 19 lbs. (Size 1x, 16/18), M2: 13 lbs. (Size 16, XL) M3: 10 lbs. (Size 14/16, large). M4: 6 lbs. (Size 14, large/medium). M5: 10 lbs. (Size 14, solid medium - lol), M6: 9 lbs. (Size 12, medium). M7: 8 lbs. (Size 10/12 and small/medium). M8: 7 lbs. (Size 10 and small/medium). M9: 2 lbs. (Size 8/10 - small/medium). Lost 100 lbs by Month 9! M10: 5 lbs. M11: 4 lbs. One year: 6 lbs. Total 111 lbs. lost!
