Happy upcoming, sunny forecasted weekend!

Almost 9 a.m. and I'm the first on? Wake up or check in after the gym (for those whom I'm striving to emulate - lol)

Hubby's at Wayhome, so I have a riding association meeting tonight, Santa's Village with my uncomfortably pregnant daughter and excited 5 year old grandson, church and house cleaning with some Kobo time thrown in on Sunday.

I was down 2 lbs. last week while on holidays and another 3 lbs. this week weighing in at a very close to onderland weight of 202. Turning 55 next week and I honestly haven't felt this well for at least a decade. Life is certainly good and I am a thankful traveler!

B - protein shake and large black decaf.

L - 3/4 cup of 1% cottage cheese

S - Armstrong cheese stick

D - Small Wendy's chili on the way to my meeting

S - 1/2 cup of Skyr and the last of my unsweetened applesauce

Calories: 638, Protein: 79, Carbs: 42. All vitamins and water

Enjoy your weekend everyone.

Working in the office till almost 2pm, then I have to go meet my life insurance agent. I got approved WITHOUT a weight rating so I'm saving $26/month! How awesome is that? I was super pumped. My daughter (4.5) is in dance camp this week and they are having their final show today at 3:30pm so I'm going to go watch that. My son has training at 5pm then home to relax. This is going to be a busy weekend so I probably won't get on other than to browse in the car. (Daughter has cheer and soccer/snack tomorrow morning, then off to Sarnia for my son's ball game then Sunday it's groceries, laundry and then off to St.Thomas for 2 baseballs games for my son so we'll be at the ball diamond from about 3:30pm-8:30pm).

I didn't start posting until I began to eat "real" food, but getting into the habit of posting on MFP and then here helps me stay focused and aware. Still working on the eating/drinking too fast though - as aware as I am.

I need to learn how to use mfp. I have the app but it doesn't bring up choices. I have to create every food I log. Does that sound right? Late to the table but here is what I had

nreakfast: Greek yogurt

lunch: small homemade oatmeal muffin

snack: Greek yogurt and pretzel crackers

dinner: taco salad (taco meat, cheese, spoon of sour cream and romaine lettuce)

i have my next follow up on aug 8th and know the nutritionist won't be happy with my lax recording of what I eat. I am so lazy. My rule is sugar under 5, fat under 10, avoid carbs if possible and protein forward. I wish I was more detailed like all of you.
