Amazing difference

this am on the food thread I talked about how I wasn't feeling too well today and only had 5 hours sleep. The old me would have sat on the couch after dinner, munched, slept, and then go to bed easy. The pre-op me came home, made dinner, helped my son with his gardening job for 1.5 hrs, took the dog for an hour long walk, and then went for a quick swim in the lake. I earned a good nights sleep. So happy with my new energy level (even though I complain sometimes :).

That's awesome! What a difference.

I haven't been feeling great so I've done a bit of lounging and napping. I look forward to days ahead when not feeling great means having your energy!!!

Feel better quickly!

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.
