Don't think I've seen this started yet today. I'm having a busy work day today already, going to cause me to miss my son's soccer game tonight.

Stayed on track yesterday and after not drinking enough last night I woke up parched. the slight dehydration caused the scale to say 141.8 this morning!!!! I'm not expecting it to last, though as I've vowed to do better on water today.

was out and about yesterday and had my follow up appt with dr. Nanda. He answered all my lingering questions about my mastoplexy and belt lipectomy so now I feel confident and wish I could book sooner than April.

Today will be a variation on yesterday

B-premier with espresso

s-chia pudding with fruit

L-oat protein muffin

s- premier with espresso

s-chia pudding with fruit

d-tilapia with pico and guac

I expect to land at around 1250 calories.

Must be something in the air today. Work has been a little crazy. Also a couple of months ago I said I would be interim Chief Union Stewart. The President of our local is on vacation and instead of requests going to the VP they are all coming to me. I am on vacation as of next thursday and would like to wind up some things and do not need the union stuff as well!

b greek yogurt, blueberries

l pasta sauce with ground meat and yogurt

s 2 baby bel

d chicken and salad (This may change as DH is cooking)

s laughing cow and breton crackers.

Busy work life for me right now as well. I actually have planned to work in the office on Saturday to try and catch up and release some stress for next week ... I have horrible pouch pain today - first time ever and wondering if it is related to stopping the antacid last Tuesday? Here is my plan but we will see (even water hurts)

breakfast: premier protein bar (felt horrible and sick after I ate it - pouch still hurts)

snack: missed it

lunch: will try greek yogurt

snack: 1/2 protein drink

dinner: pizza chicken (chicken breast stuffed with turkey pepperoni and mozz cheese - baked)

so, that is my plan but like I said, I am dreading eating right now because of my angry pouch.

referral: early June 2016; surgery Feb 21, 2017

Went out for breakfast with my networking group that a few people and I are trying to start up. It was really good. Working till 6pm then going home and relaxing. Hopefully kids will be fed by the time I get home but you never know! My son has batting practice tonight so hubby will take him and our daughter till probably 6pm... or whenever my daughter wants to leave and my hubby gets annoyed with her asking to leave. lol Tomorrow I probably won't be around since my son has a hockey tournament in Brantford for 1 day and I'll be busy with my daughter since hubby will be on the bench coaching. Still kinda undecided about dinner but we will see. I think I want what I have planned. I'm really not enjoying work these days but I have lots of freedom which is nice. I'm just bored. It's not busy. I'm searching for something new to save my sanity!

B: 2 small overeasy eggs, 4 small pieces of potato and 1/2 piece of bacon (wish my tummy would let me eat more)

L: Premier protein, sunflower seeds

D: Buffalo chicken, cucumber, cheese, green pepper and onion mixed into a "salad"

S: Premier protein and 2 cake protein bites at some points

Cals: 952, protein 99, carbs 50

You all are doing so well.

OK why can you have a poached egg and not scrambled.... I cannot look at an egg that looks like an egg.. and don't laugh..ok you can laugh ... it is an idiosyncrasy I have ;)

because poached are runny. Trust me eggs, period were really tough to stomach early post op days. Some poeple can toterate really runny, wet scrambled eggs at the soft stage.
