I am so worried!!! I thought I was only allergic to aspartame so the last couple of days I was trying some sucralose and I've been getting wicked headaches and dizziness and nauseous!

what am I going to do? I can't even do slimtime has anyone had it where they couldn't do any of the shakes? Help :(

I am just starting my journey - my orientation class is next Wednesday, but this is one of my major concerns! I am super sensitive to artificial sweeteners - aspartame, acesulfame-k, sucralose, saccharin, the works! On top of that, I find Stevia almost impossible to eat due to the bitter aftertaste

I'm investigating other options for afterward (erythritol, monk fruit, tagatose), but I am also concerned about the opti/slimtime phase. I will definitely be speaking to the nutritionist about it. I am guessing it may end up being a "tough it out" situation, at least for me.

Jobear, please update if your nutritionist provides any insight!

IHey GF... it is a major concern for post

too... I have been investigating everything Stevia and Monk Fruit.

Found Zero Vitamin Water, PACt, Bai in the US. There are Stevia Jellos called Zero Gram that will now be shipped here.. I called the owner and told him that we need his product he sells 0 cal cheesecake 0 cal pudding in 0 cal Jell-O it's called NETRITION. He has lowered the shipping to about $22 which is really not bad considering it cost me $15 to get some Canadians to send me things.

Oh wow! That's awesome! I'll definitely have to check those out. Thanks so much!

It's definitely tough not being able to handle the more common sweeteners, but figuring it out is all part of the journey I guess!

Good luck!!
