Hey Tanya,

Hopefully the nausea passes quickly. I had some after my first Opti. I just kept putting it out of my mind. I thought to myself how many before me had made it through, that the taste was fine, and that I too could do this successfully!

Each shake got easier and each day has been better.

I had my pre-op yesterday. It took close to 3 hours. Plan to wait around a lot! Lots of great info though. And almost at the finish line. Woohoo!!!

That was my fav appointment. Can't remember the name of the doc I met but she was great! Super informative, patient, nice. Lots of new info about the procedure, and reassurances they'll be right there with us!!!

Let us know how it all goes. :)

Congratulations! I've never tried slimtime shakes; hopefully they'll be like opti and taste better as you get used to them.

Thanks Kathy, I'm hoping this next one goes easier. Mom is getting me a tea with sweetener to see if that helps!

I, too, hope the nausea passes quickly. Lots of water and ice helped the Opti go down and I was full after each meal. I hope you feel the same.

You're so close ... I hope your appointment goes well today.
