My daughter came home yesterday but I stayed so they could look after the baby and I could see to Bentley if he woke during the night. Since I've been there, he just cuddles in and stays that way. My daughter is a little upset that he doesn't wake me throughout the night to tuck him back in - lol.

They were told Adalynn was 8 lbs. even but, to me, she looked awfully small. You just accept what you are told. When they weighed her yesterday, she was told she was down to 6 lbs. 1 oz. Elyse was obviously alarmed and they re-weighed her coming up with the same number. They made a mistake in the conversion from kilos to pounds the first time; her birth weight was 6 lbs. 5 oz. A big Oops! I wish someone would make a mistake with 25% of my body weight!

B - protein shake

S - 8 grapes

L - 1/2 protein bar

S - Armstrong cheese stick

D - Left over chicken breast (1/2) and stir fried vegetables

S - Other half of protein bar

I'm working today. Won't be in the office all day but i'll be here till 3:30 probably. My son has hockey tryouts tomorrow and then Sunday as well. So busy weekend probably.

I need to get back here as I slipped off the wagon a bit while on vacation - I still lost weight but I can't keep slipping up - it won't be good in the long run.

B: premier protein & coffee

L: cheese, raw veggies and dip made with greek yogurt

S: Premier protein

D: Chicken stir fry with cauliflower rice

Cals: 698, protein 88, carbs 35

I think I need some more calories in there but I'm just unsure what I'm going to have to fill in.
