8 month update
Hi everyone,
I'm with TWH, but had my surgery in Guelph on Jan 12. I had my 6 month check up yesterday and other than B12 and vit D all my levels are good. I've lost 115 lbs from my highest weight and 102 since surgery. I received a lot of support from this forum and just wanted to let all of you know how things are going. I did post this on the main weigh loss support forum as well so for those of you *****ad both- sorry for the cross post!
