Good morning everyone:

Here are my eats today:

breakfast: protein bar

snack: baby belle , turkey pepperette

lunch: buffalo chicken, cucumbers

snack: greek yogurt and blueberries

dinner: chicken sausage, spinach, goat cheese

activity: run/walk for 30 minutes if I can get into a better mood.

referral: early June 2016; surgery Feb 21, 2017

Good morning everybody! I'm back from vacation and sure missed you all. I was able to read a few posts while I was away but will get caught up this morning.

Scale was up 3.8 lbs from when I left but considering what I ate and not hitting the gym like normal I'm okay with it. Back to the routine today and I'm sure it will be gone by the end of the week! (Well I hope so. I have a conference to go to Wed - Fri so will have to be vigilant there).

Post OP RNY 17+ mos

B - 91 gr pot roast

S - yogurt and blueberries

L - cobb salad (bacon, cheese, chicken, egg on 2 oz of lettuce) ranch dressing

S - deli turkey and cheddar

D - BBQ chicken boob

Total Cal - 969, Carbs 29, Protein 148

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Morning everyone! Had an off plan weekend while away at a hockey tournament so between that and that time of the month I'm up 5LBS!!! Geeze. I'm sure it'll come off fast but still. Just have to stick to the plan again!

My hubby is away for work today and tomorrow so I asked for these 2 days to be days I'm not actually scheduled in the office so I can leave early since my son has hockey practice both days. Today at 5pm and tomorrow at 6pm. My daughter wanted to make mini pizzas for dinner tonight so I'll be doing that with her.

B: Premier protein & coffee

L: Pretzels and Peanut butter

S: Premier protein

D: 1/2 flat out protein shell/wrap, mozza cheese, light pizza sauce and pepperoni

Cals: 866, protein 90 carbs 52

Good afternoon,

B - Tim's yogurt parfait

L - 6 Mary's crackers and 1 oz. cheddar

S - 1/2 protein bar

D - 2 scrambled eggs with mushroom and cheese (will eat 3/4)

S - 1/2 protein bar

Calories: 980 (take-out higher than homemade), Protein: 67, Carbs: 74. All water and forgot vitamins - again (will take tonight).

Visit with SW and NP went well. No more until a year. All good, no complaints.

It's hot - as it is everywhere. Will go for a walk tonight prior to dinner. Tired, so early to bed.
