Mobility Nsv

One month ago I could barely walk for more than a few minutes without being winded, and experiencing pain in my back, hips and knees. Prior to surgery I began walking more frequently just to create a new habit but I would have to plan how far I could go between resting places.

Today I walked the entire mall without sitting to rest even once. I wasn't winded, or fatigued. I felt light and free.

Mind blown !!

I am so grateful to have committed to this weight loss adventure, and looking forward to what's coming next.

I did end up buying 5 pairs of shoes though .. Sorry / not sorry...lol

This surgery is giving me my life back..

That is awesome!! Way to go!

Also note to self, avoid the mall after surgery or I will buy ALL OF THE THINGS!! LOL!

Congrats on your NSV!! Keep up the good work and I hope you have many many many more victories to share with us.

I know how it feels to plan your walk on where you can sit down; I'm at that stage now :(

Good WORK, these are just little steps on a big journey; you got this.

Congratulations!

I remember needing to walk only in places that had areas for me to sit and rest, and how painful moving was. This is the best NSV, in my opinion.
