Good morning all. I am hoping the weather will cool a little soon. I think our air conditioning dies last night. I had hoped not to replace it but we may need to.

Busy day today with work and union business. Going to my first grievance meeting. Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

Home tonight to chill. If it is cooler will go for a walk. I have been going off diet since I got back from holidays. Today I am trying to cut back to get into the swing of things again so my calories are low.

b greek yogurt, blueberries, granaol

l chili, yogurt

s celery with laughing cow

d pan fried cod, salad

s tea

cal 729, carb69, prot 75

Carbs are still high but mostly from the beans in the chili. Since they are complex carbs I am not as worried about them

Good morning Pam and all,

We don't have air conditioning and our property has a lot of trees. In the spring my husband had a few cut down and boy does it make a difference. The back is much hotter, the garage is unbearable, and our bedroom is also in the back of the house. Didn't feel it much this summer, but do now. The ceiling fan and a sheet works for me, but for hubby ... - lol.

B - protein shake and black decaf.

S - Armstrong cheese stick

L - 6 Mary's crackers and 1 oz. cheddar

S - Pepperette

D - Going out with friends to a burger bar. Going to get grilled chicken with an avocodo, bacon and goat cheese side salad and take half home for lunch tomorrow. I'll watch them drink and have lemon in my water to splurge.

Calories: 794, Protein: 80, Carbs: 24. All water and vitamins.

Enjoy your day.

I've hit a stall at one month post op and it's driving me nuts! The scale even went the wrong way 1/2 a pound. I know it will break but I am really sticking to my eating plan and trying to excersise more to see if I can break this sooner rather than later. It's already been almost 1 week.
