Good morning :)

Off to work today. I had yesterday off for a doctor's appointment so I'm curious to see what has popped up at work. This is only my third week there so I'm not sure what to expect.

I'm so glad the temperature has cooled down. I seemed to sleep pretty well last night and woke up before my alarm. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday -- this will be our first unplanned weekend in a while and I am looking forward to it. Even if I have to rake leaves and stuff ;) lol.

Post-op two years, six months.

Breakfast - Greek yogurt

Snack - turkey sausage

Lunch - bunless burger

Snack - dried peas, egg

Snack - turkey pepperoni, cheese stick

Dinner - tbd possibly meaty sauce if there is some left

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water and vits.

Good morning. Exhausting day yesterday. Union meeting at lunch for a grievance. Then got sucked into a layoff later in the day. The union was under the impression the university could not lay off people while in bargaining but they did it anyway. This is going to up-set a lot of people. The university is very miss managed and they are looking for ways to get out of a deficit. Work itself is driving me crazy so I am glad this is my last day this week.
