what are you eating / doing Saturday

Hello everyone: Happy Thanksgiving weekend. I work full time and travel a lot for work. We also have a family business that is an apple orchard, open to the public so this time of year is super crazy and I have not been on here regularly. The scale and I are not getting along. It fails to appreciate the work I am doing - not so unlike the rest of the my life and some relationships ... LOL. At our farm we have a donut machine and make fresh apple cider donuts all day; pies, muffins, treats .... a real temptation but so far so good. Here is my plan for the day:

breakfast: protein bar

snack: greek yogurt

lunch: ground turkey with spinach and tomotoes

snack: Armstrong cheese stick and turkey pepperette

dinner: shredded chicken (chicken in crock pot with Mexican seasoning, corn, tomatos and black beans)

I will likely eat an apple if I feel tempted but my diet mentality about fruit and white carbs is ingrained strong, especially since the scale is not budging ...

No exercise but I will be on my feet all day.

Donuts... fresh donuts... you are so strong and brave... I gave those up but the smell would weaken my knees... KUDOS
