NSV

During the past almost seven months I have gone from extremely obese (43.2) to obese, and now just overweight (29.2). Who would think that overweight could be such a terrific NSV - lol. Just another measurement that shows my "shiny new tool" works.

I'm looking forward to "normal" although my friends and family say I will never get there!

Life is good. Not always easy, but definitely good.

That's awesome that you are having such success. Too bad your friends and family aren't being as encouraging as they should be - but we certainly can cheer you on and say that you'll get there!

Actually Dee my family and friends do support and encourage me (other than my siblings and we unfortunately haven't spoke since my father's death). I appreciate your cheers as well!

And so are you. Could you imagine overhearing this conversation on the bus? "Congratulations, you're overweight!" - too funny what we are now celebrating and when you share with friends on OH, it's like we're understanding a private joke. It's great to smile.

Normal is overrated! Oh, we're talking weight... you'll get there. No doubt at all!

Congratulations on all your victories to date. :)
