Good morning everyone. The weather is absolutely perfect. DH and I want to get a lot done in the garden this weekend.

Yesterday I got home late and was very hungry so I had about 2 dozen almonds. Struggle - real - yup.

Ginny I hope you don't mind me starting the thread this morning, I have an early morning appointment.

3 years post op

B. Fit Frappe vanilla latte, then a decaf

B2. Sliced avocado with shrimp and a poached egg on top, a TBSP of PC Hollandaise

L. The other half of the avocado with shrimp salad in it (using up the avocado before it becomes a science experiment)

D. Grilled hamburger

Totals: 946, Carbs 54, Fat 54, Prot. 88

This might change if I add something to the hamburger, ie bacon, cheese, avocado.

E: Lots of appointments today in different cities so no formal exercise.

CC I'm a **** show today, any day you want to start it is okay by me!

I might have got into some wine last night!! Had a presentation to the Management Team this morning....ugh.

Told the youngster in my office that there better be a boston crème here when I got back from my meeting....there was two.....I ate them BOTH!!

People do not do what I do/did!! If only they made me sick......On a good note, I made a lunch walking date with one of the managers at the meeting....will be a nice walk around the park! I took a break from the gym this morning and sleeping in ****il 630) felt wonderful! My friend and I are going to try the Water in Motion class at the gym tonight, so I will still get some exercise!

My focus for the rest of the day will be water and protein!!

Back on the horse, back on the horse.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Ginny, you know that you have created a monster in the youngster. She will bring in Boston Creme donuts whenever she wants to defuse the Ginny-bomb, or get extra time off. Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we bargain with pastry.

This kid brings donuts on a regular basis! I'm forever saying no to donuts, but today, meh!!

Here is my food for the day:

B - 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice cheese

S - 2 boston crème donuts

L - leftover chicken stew

S - raspberries and greek yogurt

D - chicken Caesar salad

Total Cal 1243, Carbs 108 (donuty goodness), Protein 90

It would have been a good totals day t'were not for the donuts

I did get out for a walk around the park at lunch, so will meet my step goal and I'm going to the gym tonight. Justification, just in case I need it.....

Today has been a hungry day for me...no a starving day! I wonder what is up? I had an apple after lunch and i think it may have been too acidic for me. but counting the minutes till I can go home for dinner!
