I thought this was going to be a post about loose skin. Because "muffin flop" describes my tummy perfectly.

Go to the Big Man's World.... everything he makes is low carb and high protein... he uses things like veggies, nut butters, low carb sweetener.

I do overnight oats. I cup of oats 1/2 cup skyr vanilla yogurt 2 tbsp peanut butter a scoop of protein powder (vanilla is what i prefer) cinnamon splenda brand brown sugar and then a vanilla premier shake. I portion it inot 5 containers and usually add stewed apples or blue berries. Sometimes i do chocolate and banana... and in the morning i add milk and heat it...
