thanks Rosie. My primary exercise was walking. 10,000 steps a day. I believe my results have been mostly due to my balanced macros eating plan. I was able to lose without losing a lot of muscle.

Now that I'm much smaller I'm starting to expand my horizons on exercise and joined a climbing gym last week. never in a million years did I think I'd enjoy that...but i love it.

Well thanks for the reply. Sooooo, I thought and I thought and I thought and then I thought some more and then I did a little more thinking and what my thoughting and thinking brought me to was this. I am never ever going to go to the heath club "just" to get on the treadmill. The advantage of having my surgery now is that I should be good to go for Christmas but the drawback is that we have already had snow and a few years ago I fell and sustained pretty serious injuries so walking when there is now or ice is a bit phobic for me. I have a space next to my bed looking out my front window that is 3.5ft x 10ft. So guess what? I bought a treadmill!!!! Thanks Trevelher for being such an inspiration. I will message you back when I can walk 10,000 steps!

I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

Awesome Rosie! That is exactly what I did to get me through last winter.

I'm not a gym person. I prefer to stay fit though activity, just doing things I find fun. Tried rock climbing last weekend and loved it! So will do that pay as you go. And thinking about trying yoga and Pilates because they are good core strengthening things.
