I think all of the activity really helped, and I wish I lived somewhere that I could walk and bike year round. I use my exercise bike now but it's just not the same.
When I feel better, I need to get back into swimming. I'm just such a wimp about winter driving though, lol.

That's fantastic! And even though it sucks to be having troubles with your asthma right now, it must really drive home how important of a change you've made to your health - you could be going through so many more (and worse) asthma flare ups if you hadn't lost all that weight!

Thank you. Yes, the weight loss has made a huge difference. I used to be sick with asthma every single day, and now it only acts up when I'm actually sick with a cold or flu or fever. I've had it since I was a baby so I knew it wouldn't go away altogether, but it's gotten so much better than it used to be.
