hey everyone. It has been a long time since I have been on the site. I couldn't remember my password and finally made time to change it. Today is day 2 of no sugar. Lost two pounda of the four pound holiday weight gain the struggle is real I am exercising a lot and can do over 5k of running still at the 100 pound loss but need to kick it in gear again way too many treats over the holidays
