Good morning everyone. Sorry this is late, I just got back from doing blood work. Today I am going to the gym, and then having coffee with a friend. Tonight DH and I are going out for date night, which will include dinner.

The eats today at 3.5 years post op are:

B. Nothing because of blood work

L. chicken skewer on salad with WF Honey/Dijon dressing

D. Maybe beef brisket with gravy and a salad

No totals because I'm not sure about dinner

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning :)

Finally broke down and went to my family doc this morning. Got something to try to help with nausea and blood work to check levels. I've lost about 4-5 pounds this week, so I need to get this turned around.

We are going to visit friends on Sunday and watching the super bowl so I would like to be able to eat something other than crackers.

Post-op two years, ten months.

I'm going to try some applesauce this morning and a different chicken broth for lunch.

All water and vits.

Meg, I think you live fairly close to me. I have some chocolate Proto Toast from Low Carb Grocery. It's like a large light melba toast but with protein. You could have it with SF jam, or peanut butter. If you are interested I will bring it to a Starbucks near you and meet you for coffee, or whatever you want to drink.

Thanks so much CC!! I'm not feeling much like going out yet, but maybe we could meet up when this sorts itself out a bit. I managed to get some toast down and just tried some yogurt. I'm curious to see the blood work results :)
