It's a beautiful feeling isn't it? Knowing that our lives will be much better in the long run. Maybe we have set some goals for ourselves in the future like a 5k run or being able to keep up with the kids/ grand kids. How about being able to put our socks on without getting winded and red in the face!

I totally agree. I am so excited about not feeling so heavy and just maintaining a weight rather than constantly going on fad diets.
