Do you need perfect bloodwork in order to be approved for surgery?

Just wondering if your bloodwork needs to be perfect in order to be approved for surgery? Or will levels that are a bit low or a bit high delay your progress at all? My hemoglobin is a bit low and my TSH is a bit high (I no longer have a thyroid (removed due to thyroid cancer almost 10 years ago) so my levels tend to jump around depending if i gain or lose weight, my dose is a little off, the sky is blue, etc.). I am taking an iron pill already for the hemoglobin (have been for a few months) and it hasn't really changed my hemoglobin but my ferritin level is fine. Sometimes hemoglobin is affected by thyroid level too. Hoping it doesn't delay me, but wondering what your experience has been when your blood chemistry is off. Thanks!

My vitamin d level is low and has been for the whole time I've been doing the program and they have been fine with just adding a supplement. My ferritin and iron levels are high but they are not concerned by it. I think it would be okay but they might just take a few extra months to try to settle it out. On a side note I think I saw someone mention on another board earlier that carbonyl iron is better - is your supplement carbonyl? That might help increase the level?

As long as I was taking my vitamins, they didn't seem to mind my blood work wasn't perfect
