Started full fluids today, had a quarter cup of plain oatmeal with 1/2 tsp of brown sugar, (only 2 gr of sugar) sat really heavy so didn't have anything other that a 8 oz of diluted juice, have manged to drink about 16 oz of water and have almost finished my first protein shake. Am going to try a little soup later.

Am managing my vitamins although the B12 strip was yuck, will ask my family doctor about injections when I see her monday. Had my quantities of liquid calcium off yesterday but have up to 1 tblsp 3x per day.

Was able to shower today and remove my bandages have many little holes a few with steri strips too, but the bruising isn't nearly as bad as I expected.

Have been managing pain with tylenol only today, taking my regular medication has been an experience one pill at a time, but hopefully I'll be able to reduce some of them as time goes on.

Working at it day by day.

That sounds like you are doing really well. I'm at the end of my 2 weeks full liquids and am still pushing myself to get my 2 shakes, 8 cups liquids in. Most days I have 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1/4 cup of soup and that's all I can do. Looking forward to starting real food this weekend.

Sounds like you are doing well! Congrats!

Jamieson does a dissolvable b12 that is less gross than the strips, I found it at shoppers :)

Sounds like you are doing great. Yes those strips are yuck. I use a liquid form of B12. It is not as bad because it goes away faster. I found it at shoppers.

Keep up the good work!
