Good morning gang! Day 8 of this freaking cold. Seriously I've never had a sore throat last this long. I did go to the Dr last week and she says its viral so yeah, just let it run its course. It really needs to sprint the hell out of my system.

Post Op 22 + mos

B - 4 oz roast chicken

S - yogurt and raspberries

L - bacon/tomato lettuce boats, 2 tbsp. light mayo

S - 1/2 can tuna, 46 gr old cheddar

D - 2 sausage, 4 oz steamed cauliflower

Total Cal 1323, Carbs 45, Protein 110

Have a good day all.
